Gold Tier - $300 Monthly

Best for: Athletes who want regular accountability and detailed oversight.

 

Includes:

• Personalised Training Plan delivered in TrainingPeaks 

• Weekly ride data review + plan adjustments 

• Fortnightly phone catch-ups 

• Race calendar guidance + tactics and execution support 

• Race nutrition planning (before / during / after) 

• Cycling-specific strength program (option to expand into more individualised S&C or rehab support at additional cost)

Silver Tier - $260 Monthly

Best for: Self-motivated athletes who want expert guidance and monthly refinement.

 

Includes:

• Personalised Training Plan delivered in TrainingPeaks 

• Monthly check-in + ride data analysis 

• Monthly program updates based on progress, fatigue, and availability 

• Race calendar guidance + pacing / tactics support 

• Race nutrition planning 

• Online cycling strength program aligned to training load

Goal / Event Based - $300 Monthly

Best for: A focused build to one key event (typically 6–12 weeks).

 

Includes:

• Event-specific training build (demands-based progression + taper) 

• Pacing and fueling plan for your goal event 

• Review frequency tailored to your timeline and needs (confirmed after consult) 

 

Note: Event-based prep is ideal when you want a shorter, focused block rather than ongoing month-to-month coaching.

Program Only - $200 Monthly

Best for: Athletes who want structure without ongoing contact.

 

Includes:

• Monthly training plan delivered in TrainingPeaks 

• Monthly plan update aligned to your progress and schedule 

• Optional add-on: data review call (available on request)

How It Works (Start to Training Plan)

 

1) Enquire via below or email tasman.nan@gmail.com

2) Complete a short onboarding questionnaire (goals, history, availability) 

3) Free 15‑minute call to confirm direction and coaching fit 

4) Your plan is built and delivered via TrainingPeaks 

5) You train - I review and adjust based on how you’re responding 

 

Typical start time once onboarding is complete: 48–72 hours


 

TrainingPeaks (Platform)

 

All coaching is delivered through TrainingPeaks so you can see sessions clearly, track progress, and keep everything in one place.

No - power helps, but coaching can be done effectively with HR and RPE too.

 

Is strength included?

Yes - strength is integrated. The level of individualisation depends on your tier and needs.

 

Can you coach beginners?

Absolutely. We build strong foundations and keep progress sustainable.

 

Do you coach remote athletes?

Yes - coaching works locally and remotely via TrainingPeaks plus phone/video check-ins.
